Welcome to Foynora. "We", "us", and "our" refer to Foynora, a trading name of B&S Online. These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, describe your rights and responsibilities when using foynora.com (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Access and account
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to use the Services. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete.
Our products
We make every effort to represent our products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product descriptions may change at any time, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase; your order isn't accepted until we confirm it and process your payment. Please review your order carefully — see our Order Cancellation Policy for how to cancel after submission. Returns and exchanges are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. Products purchased through Foynora are for personal or household use, not for commercial resale or export.
Prices and billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice; the price charged is the one shown at the time your order is placed. All prices are in EUR and include applicable tax. Shipping is currently free on all orders — see our Shipping Policy for details. Payment terms are set out in our Payment Policy.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery estimates in our Shipping Policy are our best estimate and not guaranteed. We're not liable for delays caused by our shipping carriers (DHL or FedEx) or events outside our control. Once your order is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.
Intellectual property
All content on the Services — including trademarks, text, images, and design — is owned by Foynora/B&S Online, its affiliates, or licensors and protected under EU, Dutch, and Irish law. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only and may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written consent.
Optional tools and third-party links
The Services may link to or include tools provided by third parties, which we don't control or monitor. Use of such tools or third-party sites is at your own risk, and we're not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.
Relationship with Shopify
Foynora is powered by Shopify. Any purchases you make are made directly with Foynora (B&S Online) — Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and us.
Prohibited use
You agree to use the Services lawfully only, and not to: violate applicable law; infringe our or others' intellectual property; harass or harm others; transmit false or misleading information, malware, or spam; impersonate any person or entity; or use automated tools (including AI agents) to access the Services without identifying themselves, bypassing security measures, or circumventing bot-detection such as CAPTCHAs.
Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability
The Services and products are provided "as is," without warranties beyond those required by law. To the fullest extent permitted, Foynora and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under EU or Irish consumer protection law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms. You remain responsible for any amounts due up to the date of termination.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of Ireland or the European Union as the country in which you, as a consumer, are resident. See our Legal Notice for dispute resolution options.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting changes to this page. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
