We want you to be genuinely happy with what you order. If something isn't right — the fit, the fabric, or you simply changed your mind — here's exactly how returns work at Foynora.
Do we accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns on eligible items within the window below, for any reason, without you needing to justify your decision.
Return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return — more than double the 14-day minimum required under EU consumer law.
Accepted product condition
Returned items must be unused and unworn (aside from trying them on), with all original tags attached and, where possible, in their original packaging. You'll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
Restocking fee
No. We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.
Cost when we sent you the wrong or a defective item
No cost to you. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, we cover the full cost of return shipping and offer a replacement or refund at no extra charge.
Cost when you change your mind or ordered the wrong item
If you no longer want an item, it doesn't fit, or you ordered the wrong size or item, you are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
Return method
Returns are sent by mail to our returns facility. We do not currently offer in-store drop-off, as Foynora operates online-only.
How to start a return
- Email support@foynora.com with your order number, the email address used to place the order, and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll confirm your return request within 1 business day and send you return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and send it to the return address below within 30 days of your return being confirmed. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Prefer a formal written notice instead of email? You can submit our Withdrawal Form to exercise your right of withdrawal — we'll confirm by email at support@foynora.com the same way.
Return conditions
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
- Items must meet the accepted condition described above.
- Items listed under "Non-returnable items" below cannot be returned.

Please include your order number inside the parcel so we can match it to your return request.
Damage and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at support@foynora.com with a photo or short video — we'll resolve it at no extra cost to you.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty:
- Underwear and swimwear
- Face masks
- Beauty and personal care products
Refund procedure
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days to display the funds. If more than 10 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at support@foynora.com.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different size, colour, or item, return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the one you'd prefer.
