You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@foynora.com with clear photos of the item. Let us know whether you'd prefer a replacement or a refund, and we'll take care of it at no extra cost to you.

Although every order is carefully checked, mistakes can occasionally happen. If you received the wrong item, we'll resolve this at no cost to you and send the correct item as soon as possible. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. After shipping, delivery to Ireland typically takes 4-9 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 5-12 business days.

Once your package is handed over to the carrier, your Track & Trace information will be activated. It may take a short while for tracking to update. We'll also keep you informed by email about the status of your order. Also, you can track your order on our track your order page.

Processing takes 1 to 3 business days, after which delivery typically takes 4 to 9 business days, for a total of roughly 5 to 12 business days. In some cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to carrier delays. We'll keep you updated by email on the progress of your shipment - if it's taking longer than expected, contact us at support@foynora.com.

A return receipt (or return label) is provided by the post office or courier when you send back your return package. Please keep it safe, as it serves as proof that the package was returned.

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt, without providing a reason. To start a return, please contact us at support@foynora.com.

Once we receive your return and verify its condition and packaging, we will refund the full purchase amount to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days to show the funds.

For hygiene reasons, products such as underwear, face masks, and beauty items cannot be returned. This policy is standard practice for these product categories and is intended to protect the health and safety of all customers.
