Foynora is an online retailer of home, fashion, and everyday essentials, operating exclusively through the website foynora.com. All products are sold directly by B&S Online under the Foynora trade name; Foynora does not operate physical retail stores.
Website platform
foynora.com is built and hosted on the Shopify platform. Shopify provides the underlying e-commerce infrastructure but is not a party to the sales contract between you and Foynora — every purchase is made directly with B&S Online.
Governing law
These terms, and any contract formed through foynora.com, are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections you're entitled to under the laws of Ireland or the European Union as the country in which you, as a consumer, are resident.
Dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@foynora.com so we can try to resolve it directly. As an EU consumer, you may also be entitled to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to lodge a complaint without going to court.
Intellectual property
The Foynora name, logo, and all product photography, descriptions, and site content are owned by B&S Online or its licensors and are protected under applicable EU, Dutch, and Irish intellectual property law. Reproduction or commercial reuse without written permission is not permitted.
