This policy explains how payment works when you order from Foynora, a trading name of B&S Online, from the United Kingdom.

Currency and pricing
All prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP, £). Prices include UK VAT where applicable, and UK delivery is free. The total shown at checkout is the full amount you pay — there are no hidden fees, and you will not be charged customs duty or import VAT on delivery.
If you pay with a card issued in a currency other than GBP, your card provider may apply its own exchange rate or foreign transaction fee. These charges are set by your provider, not by us.
When you are charged
Your payment is taken when you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email with a full breakdown of what you paid.
Payment security
All payments are processed by Shopify Payments and the relevant wallet providers over an encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection, in line with PCI DSS standards. Your full card details are never stored on our servers. Some payments may require additional verification by your bank (Strong Customer Authentication / 3-D Secure).
Declined or failed payments
- Check that your card details and billing address are entered correctly.
- Make sure sufficient funds are available.
- Complete any verification step requested by your bank.
- Contact your bank or card provider if the problem continues.
If you still cannot complete your order, contact us and we will help.
Refunds
Refunds are always made to the original payment method, in GBP. See our Return & Refund Policy and Order Cancellation Policy for timings.
