Currency & pricing
All prices on foynora.com are displayed and charged in euros (EUR), tax inclusive. If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank or payment provider will convert the charge at their own exchange rate, and may apply a foreign transaction fee — this is outside our control.
When you're charged
Payment is authorized and captured at the time you place your order. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. If a payment is declined, your order will not be processed and no goods will be reserved.
Payment security
All payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure over an encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection. Foynora does not store your full card details on its own servers — card data is handled directly by our payment processor.
Order confirmation & receipts
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after a successful payment, which serves as your receipt. If you require a VAT invoice for business purposes, contact us at support@foynora.com with your order number.
Payment issues
If your payment is declined or your card issuer requests additional verification (such as 3D Secure), you'll be prompted to complete this step at checkout. If you continue to have trouble completing payment, contact your bank or card issuer, or reach out to us for help at support@foynora.com.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. See our Return & Refund Policy for full refund timelines.
