Order Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind right after ordering? Here's how cancellation works at Foynora, and what your rights are if your order has already shipped.
Free cancellation window
You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been handed to our courier. This gives you a short window to fix mistakes – wrong size, wrong address, duplicate order – before we begin processing.
How to cancel
Email support@foynora.com as soon as possible with your order number and a request to cancel. We aim to confirm cancellations within 1 business day. If your order hasn't yet entered processing, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund; if it has already been handed to the courier, we won't be able to stop it — see below.
After the 24-hour window, or once your order has shipped
Once your order has been processed and handed to DHL or FedEx, it can no longer be cancelled or intercepted in transit. If you no longer want the item, you're welcome to refuse delivery or return it once received, under the terms of our Return & Refund Policy.
Your statutory right of withdrawal
Separately from the 24-hour cancellation window above, as an EU consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving your goods, during which you may return an item without giving a reason. Foynora's own return window is 30 days from delivery — more than double this legal minimum — so this right is already covered by our standard Return & Refund Policy.
To formally exercise this right, you can submit our Withdrawal Form, or simply email us at support@foynora.com — either way, we'll confirm receipt within 1 business day.
Cancellations initiated by Foynora
Occasionally we may need to cancel or decline an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if there's a pricing or listing error, or if we're unable to verify payment. If this happens, we'll contact you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at checkout, and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Refunds on cancellation
Where a cancellation is approved, any payment already taken is refunded in full to your original payment method within 5 business days of confirmation. Your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days to display the funds.
