Delivery zone

Country: Ireland (IE) - Available. Orders to other countries are not accepted at this time.

Delivery restrictions

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or addresses that are inaccessible to our carriers. If in doubt, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping to Ireland is free, with no minimum order value required.

Taxes and fees

All prices shown on our site are in EUR and include all applicable taxes. No additional fees are added at checkout for shipping.

Shipped from

All orders are shipped from our logistics centre in Shaoxing, China. Foynora is a trading name of B&S Online, a company established in the Netherlands and the responsible seller for your order, arranging direct delivery to Ireland.

Processing time

Once payment is received, your order is processed and prepared within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Order cut-off time

Orders placed before 17:00 (CET/CEST) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 17:00 are processed the next business day.

Carriers

We ship via reliable logistics partners, with final delivery in Ireland handled by An Post or an equivalent local delivery partner. Every shipment includes a tracking number.

Shipping confirmation and tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel at any time via the Track Your Order page on our site.

Changing your address

Need to change your delivery address after placing an order? Contact us as soon as possible at support@foynora.com.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.

Damaged parcel

Received a damaged parcel? Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@foynora.com with clear photos. We'll offer a suitable solution.

Lost parcel

Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll open an investigation and offer a replacement or refund depending on the outcome.
