Refund Policy
At Foynora, we want you to be genuinely happy with what you order. If something isn't right - the fit, the fabric, or you simply changed your mind - our return process is straightforward and free of hidden conditions.
Our return window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, without giving any reason. This is more than double the 14-day minimum required under EU consumer law.
How to start a return
Email us at support@foynora.com with your order number, the email address used to place the order, and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm your return within 1 business day and send you clear instructions on how and where to send the item back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn (aside from trying it on), with tags attached, and in its original packaging where possible. You'll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
Sending your return
Please send the item back within 30 days of receiving our return confirmation. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us - we can't process a refund for a return that gets lost in transit without proof of postage.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or was sent to you in error - in which case we cover the cost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@foynora.com with a photo or short video if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days of that confirmation. Please note your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days to show the funds in your account. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't received it, please contact us at support@foynora.com.
Can I exchange an item instead?
We don't offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the right item is to return the one you have for a refund, and place a new order for the item you'd prefer.
Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty: underwear and swimwear, face masks, and beauty or personal care products. This is standard practice across most retailers and protects the health and safety of all our customers.
