General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of foynora.com (the "Site") and any order placed through it. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Products and pricing

All prices on the Site are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We take care to ensure prices and product information are accurate, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error after you've placed an order, we'll contact you before processing it and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Product images are for illustrative purposes - slight variations in colour, texture or detail may occur due to photography, screen settings, or natural product variation.

4. Placing an order

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart. We'll send an order confirmation email, but this does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted - a contract is only formed once we confirm your order has shipped, or once payment has been processed for digital confirmation purposes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order, you will be refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout. We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are processed via encrypted, PCI-compliant payment providers - we never store your full card details ourselves.

6. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship to addresses within Ireland only, with free shipping on every order. See our Shipping Policy for full details on processing times, delivery estimates, and what to do if there's an issue with delivery.

7. Returns, refunds and right of withdrawal

You have the right to return most items within 30 days of delivery, without giving a reason - well beyond the 14-day minimum required under EU consumer law. See our Refund Policy and Withdrawal Form for full details, exceptions, and how to start a return.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site - including text, graphics, logos, images and the overall design - is owned by or licensed to Foynora / B&S Online and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Foynora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for matters which cannot legally be excluded, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer under EU or Irish law.

11. Complaints and disputes

If you're unhappy with an order or our service, please contact us first at support@foynora.com so we can try to resolve it directly. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of Ireland or the EU as the country in which you, as a consumer, are resident.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
